OUZOUD FALLS | FROM MARRAKECH

The Ouzoud Falls are the most imposing waterfalls in North Africa.

They are located about 170 km from Marrakech and represent an oasis of coolness, especially from spring to autumn, when temperatures in the city get hot. The landscape is really significant and the fresh air is very inviting. Here the river Ouzoud “dive” for 110 meters inside the canyon, giving rise to three different jumps of the waterfall.

Because of its location, in the afternoon there are incredible rainbows that you can observe along the path that leads right at the base of the canyon… remember that then you have to climb all the steps….

Get ready to “take your breath”. A little curiosity: at the entrance to the waterfalls live freely the monkies, beautiful, but since they are free animals it is preferable not to give food.

For the more daredevils who want to take a stroll, you can follow the paths along the canyon lakes and reach the Berber village of Tanaghmelt.

From our point of view, the Ouzoud Falls are absolutely unmissable.
